 Mulling mix is a blend of spices and ingredients used to make mulled wine, cider, or other hot beverages. The mix typically includes cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, allspice berries, and dried orange peel. Other common ingredients may include nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, and star anise.

INGREDIENTS: Sweet Orange rind, Cinnamon, Cloves, and Allspice. Add 1/2 tsp of spice per 2 cups of Apple Cider or Wine to the muslin bag. Simmer on low heat for up to 3 hours. Strain and serve warm.
